M.Net MKMF Music Awards 2008
The show just ended a few hours ago... My stupid pc wouldn't let me see it live.. *bricks computer* Anyway, I was constantly informed of what was going on *thanks Chiara and the people from fangirlmitz*. So, I couldn't hide my disappointment everytime I heard someone else had won an award for what DBSK was listed to.... I still can't believe Lee Hyori won 'Best Dance' against 'Mirotic' (and others).. I was like o_O?! WTF?! And really...Wonder Girls 'Nobody' won over 'Mirotic' ?? Unbelievable much? It was for me!!
I honestly wasn't expecting DBSK to win the Daesang... I mean, they made their comeback not even 3 months ago, so winning the artist of the year award was a bit too much... I wanted them to, but I wasn't confident and I have to admit that Big Bang deserved the award more than them, 'cause they were active in Korea for the whole year... but I am sure that if the boys would have been in Korea for this entire year they would have won all the awards including the Daesang. And ok, I really like Big Bang but I don't think they are a better group... so once again the whole "being away from Korea" thing was a disadvantage for them. Don't get me wrong here, I'm a Big Bang fan too, but DBSK owns my heart <3 ! ^^
Anyway their performance was awsome! The intro was amazing, specially since they sang a bit of 'Hug'.... and 'Mirotic' and 'Wrong Number' were really HOT! *Jae's coat unbuttoned...his abs showing... I died for real... and Junsu had his little strip show as well ^^* But actually I was screamming like crazy when I heard hey won the 'Best album of the year' award!! *clapping* I trully believe that this is a major award, almost to the level of the daesang...I mean, that's just one of the best award an artist can receive! And Changmin cried so hard! Poor maknae... I really wanted to give him a bear hug!! To all of them actually.
So, anyway, congratulations to DBSK for getting 5 AWARDS and I'm so proud they won the Overseas award!! We made it, us the, overseas fans!! So our boys won: AUCTION STYLE, AUCTION NETIZEN, MOBILE POPULARITY,
ALBUM OF THE YEAR AND OVERSEAS VIEWER AWARD!
5 awards after 1 year and 7 months is amazing, right? DBSK HWAITTING!! <3
