Update on the day after
Hi everyone,
My surgery did not hurt and there was just a little discomfort, but I can already tell that my eye sight will be vastly improved. The most uncomfortable part was having my eye pried open and being able to smell the burn. I am still a little blurry and hazzy, and have some probems focusing.
There were also some abrasions on my eye which just means it is going to take my eye a longer time to heal. My Dr. wants to see me tomorrrow to take out a contact they needed to put in because of the abrasion. She estimated that by the end of this weekend I should be having no more problems. i can't wait til I am completely healed.
On another note Shane has been a SuperStar boyfriend taking care of me to the best of his ability! He's being wonderful right now, especially with my mom being out of town, and I couldn't ask for better. Also Minnie is being such a sweet little pup, she has not left my side and has stayed in bed with me almost constantly.
