Windycon
That was truly excellent. We made a particular point of going to Windycon this year because our old friend Frank Hayes was Filk GOH, and Christian Ready, who is brilliant and fun and full of the latest astronomical goodness, was the Toastmaster. We got to see some of our oldest and bestest friends. Best of all, they got to meet the Girl. Everyone had a great time. Frank's concert was a blast. We all got to go out to dinner together. Everyone liked the Girl and she liked everyone--how amazing is that? A teenager wants to hang with her folks and likes their friends?
