STORYLINE:
Quick notes: Sorry about if the audio is low I'm going by my comp and its somewhat loud on it.
Since the return of the Cullens to Forks, Jacob and Edward had become good friends and soon both begin to develop deeper feelings for each other; feelings which scared Edward, feelings he wanted to run away from. When Bella comes in the picture he sees his escape and hurts Jacob deeply by his rejection. As time passes, Edward’s relationship with is not a great as he thought it’d be and begins to think that he made a mistake. One night he decides to call Jacob and pleads with the native to listen to him. Jacob still hurt by Edward doesn’t give him many heartfelt responses and hangs up on him, leaving the vampire in dismay. One afternoon Edward is in the woods and picks up Jacob’s scent and follows him. When he reaches his sent he’s breath is taken away by how beautiful Jacob’s wolf form is. Jacob sensing someone watching him turns and see Edward, who tries to talk to him. Jacob not wanting to talk to the vampire, he stays in his form as the other male talks. The bronze haired male ask Jacob if he can forgive him and Jacob in his form just looks at him and turns around without a word. Edward not being able to stay from the shifter watches him from a distance as he tries to put a front and act like his relationship with Bella is fine, but everything he does or say just reminds him of his time with Jacob.
Edward continues to try and get Jacob’s attention but the shifter just ignores him. Not being able to take more of Jacob’s silence, Edward breaks up with Bella and being the stubborn vampire that he is decides to go to Jacob’s house, where Billy opens the door and is not pleased to see the vampire before him. Edward can hear Billy’s resent filled thoughts towards him for breaking his only son’s heart. Ignoring the elder’s thoughts, he asks where Jacob is and Billy coldly answers that he’s not home. Edward leaves unknowingly that someone might replace him; someone who has been there for his younger lover.
Tired of Edward’s persistence, Jacob finally decides to confront Edward and try to put this rollercoaster behind him and wants to move on. Edward asks Jacob why he had been ignoring him and Jacob answer that he had nothing to say to him and turns to leave but Edward calls him back. Edward asks Jacob to forgive him and says that he misses the teen. Jacob tells him that he should have thought about that before and that it might be too late. He tells Edward that he made his choice he chose Bella and now he has to too live that choose. Edward tries to plead with him again asking if they can just go back to the way things were, Jacob turns angrily and tells him that it might too late for them. Edward’s heartbreak a little at the response and doesn’t want to believe it. Having enough and not wanting to fight anymore Jacob tells him again he made his choice and if he thought that he’d wait for him forever he was wrong and leaves. Later Alice tells Edward that if he wants to win the teen’s heart back he has to try harder; Edward looks at her in confusion and she tells him that he visions of him are becoming clearer and he’s going to lose Jacob. Edward fear of Alice’s vision increases as one day he sees Paul and Jacob being rather close to each other.
Some days later Jacob surprise Edward by visiting the Cullen household and decides to actually talk to Edward. The teen tells the vampire that he had been thinking a lot about their past and says that he can’t forget what happen between them and is willing to give Edward another chance. The two seems to go back and have a happy relationship. One day Bella decides to end that for them. Bella tries to get back with Edward and is talking to him when she kisses him. Edward unconsciously kisses her back and Jacob sees, his heart breaking again. Edward turns and sees Jacob and goes after him to try and explain. Jacob has had enough and tells Edward it’s officially over between them and there’s nothing left. Edward pleads with Jacob to think things through. Jacob tells him to give him one good reason to believe him; he can hear Jacob wanting him to say those words he once told the vampire. Edward’s fear and insecurity still in the back of his mind can’t seem to tell the teen that he loves him and says that he needs the shifter in his life. Jacob tells Edward that that’s not good enough and leaves. Sometime later Edward sees Paul and Jacob together and the vampire knows he lost Jacob to the other shifter and is devastated, but will he be able to let Jacob be happy with someone other than him.
