nashanna's survey thing!

Jul 30, 2005 02:25

because i want to see people's answers too...

1. Duh, What school are you going to???

2. I would ask what dorm you are staying in but it doesn't matter...SOOOOO!!! In your dorm do you have suite mates? community bathrooms? Or are you a rich spoiled whore and have your own bathroom?

3. Are you planning on still wearing your class ring once you get to college??

4. Who are the TOP 5 people you are going to miss from high school?? ( seriously..no teachers)

5. Are you gonna rush/pledge?? (if so...do you have a frat or sorority in mind?)

6. Are you excited about or sad to be leaving your parent's house?

7. How the hell are you paying for school?? (if scholarships...how much money??)

8. Do you ACTUALLY plan on finding a church at your school?

9. When are you graduating? (some people have longer and some people have shorter than 4 years...jw)

10. Are you gonna miss me??

my answers!

1. Centenary College of LA, Shreveport!

2. 4 rooms are connected by one hallway to make a suite, and we share a bathroom. so, 8 girls to a bathroom. all girls in one suite, but the dorm itself is coed, so we could have hot boys living next door! lol.

3. um, since i never wore my ring in hs, because it was too big, i think i might finally get it resized just so that i can finally wear it. besides, i really like my class ring...

4. um, in no order really, liz, shell, sara, my sister, and ...gosh i dunno, it's a 10 way tie..lol

5. i'm going to the "recruitment" (they think rush has a bad connotation) parties the first week of school, but i'm not going to pledge. i might pledge chi omega my soph. year, but i dunno. oh but i def. want to be in the music sorority, sigma alpha iota.

6. i'm super excited about getting away from my parents, but i'm gonna miss having my own like, alone time in a room that's all mine(and i feel really sorry for my sister being alone with my parents). but i love my roommate so i think it'll be ok.

7. um, i got $7,500 academic (i was .02 gradepoints from getting $10k, so it really does matter) and $5k for music, so i'm getting $12,500 a year, and it's about $24 something k a year, and with my stafford student loan, my parents are paying about 10k out of pocket.

8. there's a catholic church 1.4 miles from the school, and since catholic churches are all essentially the same, just depends on the priest, i think it'll be ok.

9. this is the first year that music ed has been a 4 year degree, so i'll finish in 4 years, but with like, 2 electives and minimal breathing room.

10. yes i will miss you, nash!! i'll miss hearing your laugh from the next table over at lunch, and hearing your random witty comments about things. =)

ok well, either comment with your answers or stick this in your lj.

um, that's about it, vbs ended today, we did "drive by prayers" and then we went bowling. it was really fun, although they started playing good dancing music that i wanted desperately do dance to, but as it was a church function, you can't really dance to "get low".

still no housing stuff! and the choir kids move in in a week and a half!! crazy rha...

leave comments!! or reply to it on your own journal, whatever. i love you all!
