Parsnips
potatoes
eggplant
mushrooms (various?)
tomatoes (various)
possibly chicken sausage
boil all in peppered vegetable stock with sage,salt and taragon, maybe garlic, maybe marjoram
drain, save some water
in pot boil leftover water, add milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, maybe cream to thicken
stir in vegetables, simmer, serve

i really don't like eggplant mixed in stuff. i like it by itself sometimes. what is this dish called?
