Cat Calls
AT WORK THERE IS about 6 Hispanic guys who are putting vinyl siding on the house; and I have discovered that my presence makes them yell. Loudly.
Whenever I step out to go get some napkins or other such things, there is an immediate explosion from the driveway. All the guys cat-call me! Wicked!
They also discuss things about me in Spanish. I don't understand Spanish, but when they're talking they look at me and say stuff like, "Oye como va" (okay maybe not Santana lyrics) but they laugh and grunt and make vague, rude gestures with their hands! I have become their bitch!
Being a housekeeper, though, I should expect this sort of thing.
ALSO the fact that "American Pie" by Don Mclean has the most powerful reference to these three guys (and music in general) ever:
The Father, Son & The Holy Ghost
The Father is Bing Crosby, the son being Frank and the Holy Ghost being, of course, DEAN MARTIN.
That's weird. Anyone else think so?
