“I will never forget Yuuto!” Nogami says passionately. “I definitely will never forget Yuuto! Just like I’ll never forget Sakurai-san!”
Yuuto stares at him. Sees the determination in his eyes. Notices the resolve in his fisted hands. Feels the sincerity pouring off of him in waves.
Understands that Nogami will definitely *try*.
But memories are-fleeting, at best. Sometimes we forget, sometimes we remember-both without meaning to. No matter how hard we try-
I will always, always remember you!
Nogami has proved that with the power of his determination alone, he could force his disappeared Imagins into re-existing again. But human memories-
I see. Sakurai Yuuto-kun? What a beautiful name…
But in the end-
I will never forget Yuuto! Nogami has said.
Yuuto sighs. Then he turns and walks away without another word. Let Nogami have his delusions for now; let him have his hope; let him *try*. Because just like the others before him, in the end-
In the end-
“Who are you?”
“…Yuuto. My name is Sakurai Yuuto.”
Restart.
Repeat.
Humans’ memories are-

A/N: LULZ this is supposed to be a part of Ryoutarou/Yuuto fic, but after seeing Den-O: Episode Red, for some reason, my Ryou/Yuu muse dies a little inside >_< Ryoutarou is... unexpectedly cold in that movie. This is, I sincerely hope, only caused by a change of actor (since the chibi!Ryou is rather... plain. and unexpressive.) and not because the show's writers wanted Ryoutarou to take the zen approach and give Yuuto a cold shoulder. I mean, in the series, he never did stay put when it came to Airi and Yuuto's relationship (protective younger brother/bestfriend FTW!), so the way he acted in this movie kind of put me through a loop... IDEK. xP
