Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
He's a little on the short side, in comparison to most of the boy nations. Because he's a ghost, he's more slender than his counterparts. However, he still eats a lot. But because he doesn't need it and doesn't really have a means to put that food toward himself, he doens't gain any weight.

2. How old is he?
20 in human years, but he's lived longer than a thousand.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
He slouches, especially if he's floating. But his generally cheery outlook makes his posture not so bad all the time.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Overall he'd probably be considered fit. I'm pretty sure "he's a ghost" is an illness/condition/disability of some sort.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
He walks for the most part, but he can float, fly, and go through things, as well as teleport some distances. His movements are pretty fluid, although he's still a little on the clumsy side.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
He's pretty cute, or he's been considered such! Even with the redness/signs of lack of sleep with his eyes, and the scar(although that's mostly obscured by his hair) he's rather cute. And he thinks so, too, in the case that he can see himself in the mirror.

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Clear. As in, semi-transparent, if you can see him at all, since he's not always visible. But, otherwise, he's pretty pale, since he's dead/a ghost, after all. He has one main scar, although it's hidden behind his hair, it's on the left side of his head(opposite his curl), and spreads out a bit, jaggedly, from it's main point, since he was shot. Otherwise his complexion is pretty clear.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
His hair is a bit of a pale brown-reddish color. It looks a bit dull, since he's dead and all. It's pretty curly, especially on the right side, where he has a very prominent curl that won't easily stay down, and shouldn't be touched without intent to arouse him anyway. His hair is short, with fairly simple bangs in the front.

9. What color are his eyes?
Amber-yellow-red.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
His eyes are very narrow, tot he point that they often appear to be closed. In the dark he may glow a little, and his eyes may also glow, especially if he's upset. He sometimes disappears, mostly if he's frightened. He can become fairly to completely transparent, and can probably look different if he wants, as well as overtake another person or object, but generally he appears as he always does. He may float or hover and fly around, also, and form a "tail" as opposed to his legs, when doing so.

11. What are his chief tension centers?
Ghosts don't get tense, silly!

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
What are clothes? Anyway, he has some pretty basic, casual-but-a-bit-dressy clothes, primarily, in varying colors. He tries to be pretty fashionable. He also has his military uniform(WWII), and Germany's. He tends to forget to wear pants and underwear, too, and sleeps naked. There's a chance he has some girl's clothes from Weimar, too, since I'm sure Weimar likes to play dressup.

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
Yes! Except when he wears clothes that aren't his(then they're too big and baggy), and in the case that Weimar makes him wear things, he looks a bit uncomfortable in women's clothes. But he gets used to it pretty quickly, especially if he doesn't need to wear shoes.

14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
Sometimes. He wears his uniform outside of official things(especially in HQ) much of the time, but not all of the time. When he isn't wearing it, he's either wearing his non-uniform clothes, or not wearing anything at all.

15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Commando or boxers.

Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
A little high and nasal. It sometimes echoes or is distorted, but he seems to be fairly in control of that. He's got an Italian accent, and tends to make little noises,especially "ve" a lot.

2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
Loud and fast, although he's more quiet at times! He talks very easily, especially at gunpoint. He can't read the situation, so the idea of not responding to something at the time never occurs.

3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Italian/Venetian accent. He speaks in Italian sometimes, and most any dialect from the northern/central portion. He tends to put vowel-sounds at the end of words that don't already end in them, as is pretty typical of an Italian accent. He also says "ve" a lot, in varying situations, but not all the time.

4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
Italian native, English fluent, Latin native, German competent, Polish mostly-competent, Japanese mostly-competent, French mostly-competent.

5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Yes. Sometimes, if it sounds that much better(as he always thinks Italian sounds better than English) or he can't remember a word or he's afraid, excited, etc, he'll speak in Italian suddenly.

6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
Lololol thinking. He speaks pretty well impromptu, yes.

7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Somewhere in the middle. If he really finds the reason good(or it involves a woman) he'll be much more eloquent. And, of course, if he's surrendering or threatened.

Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
More street-smart, but he's not the brightest. However, he can be pretty smart, if he has a good reason to be.

2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
He can think on his feet pretty easily!

3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
Intuitive and practical--he thinks about how he would be affected more than how others would, in the situation, however. But he tends not to think a whole lot.

4. What kind of education has the character had?
No or very little formal education. Since he's over 1000 he's probably educated in varying ways. The most formal education he's probably had was from Rome.

5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
He's good at romantic and flirty things, as well as cooking and most anything artistic. He'd probably be pretty natural in bed, but he's a virgin, so we don't know that just yet. His brother is better at dancing than he is. He's a pretty skilled talker and pleaser, and is good at staying optimistic. He's pretty good with animals(although not all the time), cars, women, fashion/clothes, and seeing the good in people and things.
He'd like to learn to make people even more happy, and seeing the good and beauty in people as well as France. He'd also like to control his ghost powers better.

6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Extrovert

7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Even-tempered, cheerful, and laid-back. He's very relaxed and optimistic, and tends to take things in stride.

8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
Excited! He loves people! New situations, however, depend.

9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
React.

10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
FLIGHT.

11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
He's a good sport and can probably take a joke very well. He likes to make jokes depreciating himself and his own groups of friends, as that's how Italian humor seems to be. Very self-depreciative. But he takes most jokes in stride. Some things he wouldn't think funny.

12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them?
It's possible. Most countries probably do. However, he just lives with it. No point in stressing over it.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
Rome taking him away, the Renaissance, so many things, everything played a little part.
But dying probably shaped how he is a lot presently, too.

14. What does he fear?
Everything. In seriousness, he's afraid of people suffering a lot, and a little afraid that there will never be peace in the world, a belief he's pretty confident on. He's also afraid og God, HQ, and Germany to an extent. Being alone, being betrayed, people disappearing/leaving him, wars, English food or otherwise bad food, and stuff like that, too. He's also probably scared of being confused/unsure, and maybe a little of upsetting people, too.

15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
Not having to be at war, at the very least. Happiness, health, stability, basic nation things.

16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
I can't think of anything.

Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
What parents? He has Rome, who is his grandfather. He loves him and got along with him very well, and learned a lot from him. He misses him a lot, and wished he hadn't disappeared, and now fears his friends getting too big/strong, like he did, and falling, like he did, and leaving him, like he did. He misses him but knows he's watching over him, seeing all of the things he does from heaven. Or something.

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
He has Romano, whom is his older brother. They don't get along very well, and don't seem to like each other much all the time. However, they do care about one another deep down.
Seborga is his younger brother. He likes him a lot, and gets along with him very well.

3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
Not that I'm aware of.

4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
France, Spain, and Weimar are like older siblings to him(even though he's probably older than Weimar). However, he sometimes doesn't get along with France, for quite a few reasons, but he's very fond of and friendly toward all of them, otherwise.

5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Germany! WWI, Italy was hiding from Germany in a crate/box of tomatoes. And so, when he was found, he was taken as Germany's prisoner, and so their friendship was born!

6. Does he have other close friends?
Poland, Hungary, France, Spain, Japan. . . ?

7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
He's pretty good at making friends, actually.

8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
Family.

9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
Dating. Never married.

10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
Germany!

11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest?
Holy Roman Empire.
He probably has a bit of a crush on Weimar, like most people.

12. What does he look for in a romantic partner?
Depends on their gender.
In women, someone gentle and cute. Bonus points for a motherly girl. Someone who will be familial.
In men, someone who could protect and take care of him, and not mind that he probably wouldn't be able to do so in return.
And, of course, they have to not mind his being a ghost.

13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any?
Nope and maybe.

14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
Not. Particularly?

15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
3 or 4

16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
Normally sex is something you reserve for someone you want to get married to. However, marriage for nations is a little complicated, and possibly that and controversial when it involves humans. So it's okay with whomever you want to have it with, but best with someone you really love.
It's not the most important thing to him, considering he's a virgin.

17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
He thinks he'd get turned off by anything too kinky, or probably just kinky in general.
But his main goal in bed would be to please, so he'd probably get turned on by anything, so long as his partner enjoyed it, too.

Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type?
He's a Pisces. He fits it to an extent, both personality and likes/dislikes.

2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life?
Religious, Roman Catholic. They're pretty important, despite the Fascist influence on him. However, they aren't entirely important to him.

3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
Not really.

4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
He's mostly tolerant. Again, fascist influence sort of screws with his tolerance, but he'd tolerant overall.

5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?
General things he'd gather from the other countries, since he knows them and all. While he has lower opinions of some than others, he generally isn't very prejudice, since he's pretty kind and forgiving in nature.

Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
Fascist Italy's economy was shitty. However, there's no need for money in HQ. He's got a pretty cushy life.

2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him?
He's a country, so he's got some high social status. He seems responsible for the country as a whole as opposed to solely the Northern half(which is what he actually is). Of course, he also has a pretty high military rank, more than likely. He's been part of other countries and captive of other countries, too, so it's changed over time. He's learned a lot in so many different positions.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?
He lives in headquarters, at the moment! Like most everyone there, he has a single room. He shares his room with the Germany he's dating(it's actually his room, not Italy's), although they seem to have plans to make a house somewhere outside of the building.. It's a big, fairly scarcely decorated room, but it's clean and neat since Germany needs it to be clean. Italy's paintings and some other works are probably in a corner near a window somewhere, and Hida(their dog)'s bed and things in another corner. Germany carved a swastika in the wall, but he covered it with a tarp and Feliciano hasn't looked under it yet, so he doesn't know what's there. HE is pretty much everyone who lives there's castle.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
They don't need money in HQ.

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
He's a country, and a soldier, as a result. Ahahaha he's not the best at either one, no, but it's not entirely his fault. He likes being a country, but he'd rather not be a soldier. He'd love to be an artist, cook, singer. . . .

6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
Sleeps, cooks, sings, plays guitar, is artistic, goes exploring in HQ's rooms, hangs out with his friends, goes for walks, stuff like that.

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
He doesn't need to eat, but he eats anyway. He never eats English food and never will. He generally makes his own food, sharing with his friends. He drinks a lot of wine and water. He thinks you should simply eat how and whatever pleases you. He can be a bit messy while eating. However, when cooking, he's very messy.

Associations
Which of the following do you associate with the character, or which is his favorite:
