Title: The Ladybug’s Revenge Pairing: HikaChii Genre: fluff, au Rating: PG Author: Mi & Yaya A/N this is so.. SILLY! Sorry for this, minna. The first sentence with the dead ladybug, well it was my fault so to say. I mean, I hate the smell when you accidentally squish a ladybug. It's disgusting ^^; (please don't ask me what it smells like if you don't know, hard to describe but there really IS a smell) and when Yaya and I decided to write this fic it suddenly smelt like dead ladybug.. please blame me for this silly thing also it's my fault that it's HikaChii. I somehow always call my cat Yuri, although her real name is Lucy. It's so scary. sometimes I look at her and think immediately 'Yuri!'. Then silly how we are, yaya and I somehow talked about me and chii being a cat family since I sometimes behave like a cat =^owo^= and because Hikaru is scared of cats this just had to be written :3 I wonder, are there other Hikachii fics or are we the first? xD my my... sorry ( ._.) and since I wrote the last part alone (I think it's not necessary to mention that it's mine since it sucks - everyone knows) I would like Yaya to continue or at least to write a part alone too. To be fair. She wanted to write a fic together and since I want to write something... innocent (^^;) it's this fic. But somehow we don't meet enough to really write it together.. But we also collected some ideas to continue my newly started Hikato 'I hate..' series. Special thanks to Yaya's bakaness (sorry that was nasty, but she know that I don't mean it *I hope*) -Mi
[It smells like dead ladybug...]“It smells like dead ladybug..” Hikaru stopped kissing his cute little boyfriend. “Huh?!” “It smells like dead ladybug!” Hikaru repeated. “What the hell, Hikaru!” Yuri complained with a pout. “What? It DOES smell like dead ladybug! Did you watch your steps when you came to me?” Hikaru asked while searching the floor with his eyes. “Eh? No, I didn’t-“ “Ah! There it is!” Hikaru exclaimed accusingly and pointed at the dark spot that once was a beautiful little ladybug. “Why are you making such a big fuss over that damn bug?” Yuri asked madly. “Well, a ladybug is a lucky charm. And you just.killed.a.lucky.charm. I hope it’s not a bad sign for our relationship” Hikaru explained. Yuri just mentally rolled his eyes. “Then is it also a bad sign that I just saw a black cat outside the window looking at you?” He added teasingly. Now it was Hikaru’s turn to roll his eyes. “Nahh, stop talking about cats! You know I don’t like them” Yuri smirked and continued kissing his boyfriend. Hikaru didn’t notice that there was indeed a black cat outside the window looking at them.
This night, Yuri didn’t sleep very well. He tossed and turned around dreaming of black cats and ladybugs and a world that was so much bigger than it used to be until Hikaru couldn’t stand it anymore and locked him in his embrace.
The next morning, Hikaru awoke in his bed with an empty space beside him. Still sleepy he opened his eyes and looked for Yuri, but he couldn’t find him in their bedroom. “Yuri? Where are you?” he asked. Silence answered his question, so he got up and decided to search his little squirrel. ‘Maybe he is in the kitchen?’ Hikaru thought after assuring that Yuri didn’t hide in any closets in their bedroom to scare him when he woke up. Going down the stairs, Hikaru noticed that it was too silent for another person to be awake. No sounds could be heard except for his own steps. Quickly he searched the rooms. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, storage room, even the basement. Hikaru started to panic a little. Did Yuri have work early and he just forgot to tell him? No, he would have left a note, wouldn’t he? Trying not to think of what could have happened to his cute boyfriend, Hikaru rushed up the stairs into his room again, changed quickly into casual clothes and already wanted to storm out again to look for Yuri outside when something caught his attention. Through the mirror, under the blanket lying messy on the bed on Yuri’s side, he noticed a little bit of a familiar cloth. Slowly Hikaru turned his head. ‘Is this..? No, impossible’ He stepped closer and kneeled down in front of the bed. He reached out with his shaky hand to touch the fabric and as soon as he felt the soft sensation on his fingertips Hikaru was sure that it was part of Yuri’s pajama. “But h-how?” Hikaru asked himself. His hand traveled further and lifted the blanket a little. He couldn’t see anything suspicious, so with a fast movement he threw away the whole blanket. “AHH--! What the HELL?” Hikaru screamed, fell back and hit his head on the wall behind him. Unable to move because of his shock mixed with surprise he thought ‘Please no god, this is not funny! Please let this be a dream’ Hesitantly he looked at the bed again, eyes still wide in shock. On the bed, there was a little cute kitty that looked at him sleepily now. Its fur was black and silky and its big eyes deep brown. It somehow seemed… familiar to Hikaru. The cat yawned and let out a soft “Meow!”
