Well I went to see the doctor yesterday I chose not to go to work as the pain in my back was pretty bad. After telling them abouit my symptoms and an examination I was told that I should refrain from work and bending and twisting if at all possible. So I have been signed off work for two weeks and I have to see a phsiotherapist. Well its just gone 10am and im sitting in our studio flat where the sun is shining I can hear the birds singing. Might do some tinkering with servers and such but other than that its a slow day..
