Or not. I mean, if the thought of Viktor bending down to kiss Flik's blue unconscious lips are what gets you going, that's fine with me too but...
But yay for the scene that happened off camera! God, it was awesome to see them back in Suikoden II! X3

Mostly this was done as an experiment with facial angles and seeing how well I could get the shading right for BURNING. Overall, I'd say it was much easier CGing fire than my sorry attempts at CGing water... *sweat*
I look a lot of artistic liberties with this one. First of all, I couldn't find a picture of Gregminster --and, lazy as that I am, I didn't want to boot up the PS2 and end up playing Suikoden into the wee hours of the morning-- so there is GENERIC CASTLE in the distance. Yay! Also, the castle probably isn't supposed to be on fire... but the fire made the picture so much more dramatic... so... X3
In other news, Flik would like to firmly state that he wasn't hurt *that* badly for Viktor to carry him out like a damsel in distress. The both of them would also like to know wonder their swords have gone. (Although Viktor's not complaining about it much: "good riddance to that talking piece of crap".)
Picture also comes in GINORMOUS SIZE if anyone wants it. Reducing image size loses so much detail... *tear*
