Finally, as of today, about 3 minutes ago, Roz is finally complete!

It feels nice to be back on my old computer. Especially for the fact that now I can watch tv through it and I got a 60 watt Creative 2.1 System. 30 bucks at fry's, and after the mail in rebate, it'll only be 20. I think that's a deal! Now as long as I don't push it too hard, I think it will last me a long time. It's not like I really push any of my electronic gear hard, so I doubt I'll have a problem.

I got all my music back on here, a new hardcore version of winamp, and now that I am listening to one of my most favoritist songs in the entire world, all is well....

This moment is beautiful... just missing one person.

Had fun at a modest party...

---

Went to Chelsea's party today, er..well, yesterday. It was great! Especially for the fact that I didn't know a large portion of the people there! There was about 3 people total from plano, only austin was the other person from preston, only 2 represented chilsolm cong. Yeah, we were out-numbered. But it was fun in the long run... there was some good dancing, met another bass player. He just started a month ago, but he's played double bass and cello, so I think he'll do quite swell. Then their were some other people... meh, whatever, we danced the night away. It was pretty sweet how a dance floor was laid out. They had glow things and a disco ball and strobe light (mandatory for large gatherings). Elise was doing some hardcore swing dancing with this one huge dude, (not fat, but just big) and then Jason and I (Elise's bro) broke it down matrix style during I believe either Fatboy Slim or some other techno song. It was pretty sweet, or at least I was told it was. I met a few new people, I was supposed to get some numbers for some of the fine ladies there for Jason (not same jason mentioned above) since he had to work, but I didn't exactly accomplish that. It's hard talking to people you don't know, but it all worked out. Granted, I didn't accomplish in getting any numbers, but the friendships that were formed after the party at ihop are ones that I don't think will die as a one-nighter.

Ihop was pretty fun, Chelsea wanted to go after the party was over, and it was a decent sized group of us, and Rebecca (20) was hittin' on our waiter Adam (17). When he was giving us waters, some ladies asked for straws, rebecca just said that she wanted to reach in and get them, so she proceeded to do so since normally waiters just have them in their lil' aprons or whatever. Later she found out he was 17. I think he was enjoying the attention though. Good times. Then I talked with Chris (chelsea's bro) who also works at subway. He explained that what subway might do about the whole "late closings" thing is that if a particular store isn't having enough business at night, then they'll make that store do certain specials and stuff until that store gains enough business at that time to verify them staying open til then. Hopefully that won't be the case with our store, but I have a feeling it probably will. Oh well, I'll be hopefully out soon...

It was a grand time though. I bought a disposable camera today for once, and I didn't think I was gonna bother taking any pictures cuz I didn't want to exactly waste film on a bunch of dancing people I didn't know, but I ended up pullin it out at ihop and taking a pic of the group that was there. And then they wanted a 2nd pic, so I told the waiter to get in on that one right in between rebecca and another guy (forgot his name... he inlines though, rare-breed these days) that was messin' with him as well.

All in all, fun night. Accomplished a good bit.

This computer has reached new heights of wonderful goodness though. Sounds ton better (a subwoofer does wonders!!!!) and all my mp3's are on the second hardrive, so comp doesn't really slow down when things need to be done.

*sigh*

And I'm listening to Filter... I love it! Straight love it!

18 didn't start out well... I'd have to say it was the best and worst year of my life, best before worst or worst before best, it doesn't matter.

Friday started beautifully, just to be re-assured of love first thing on the day of turning 19... an almost useless age, but that's not the point.

Good times...

I guess I'll go to bed
