My mind is /so/ in the gutter.

At any given moment. While anything could be happening.

Yeah, I'm right there with you.

John smiled. "Once you get past the whole 'being possessed by an evil alien intent upon destruction' thing, it was really pretty hot."

Oh, Boys! Hee!

This was wonderful, John/Joan gets Rosemary in his/her life full time, and he/she doesn't have to lie to Rodney or her about what's going on. And the lack of a complete resolution is actually really good here, since John and Rodney are okay with it. I hope I'm making sense.

Umm, in closing I enjoyed this very much, even if I can't quite articulate all the things I like about it. :D

I started this by wanting to give John a sort-of happy ending, because he gets the shaft on a regular basis. Plus I hadn't explored this sort of dual-natured character before, and it was such a great idea.

There's really no way to resolve something like this without a showdown with the Ancients, and who wants that?

I'm glad you enjoyed the story!

Is it wrong that I'm picturing Rosemary and Jeannie sharing parenting stories and older brother torture strategies? :)

<333 All sorts of awesome with the ending. D: Although I am curious. Why did the Ancient drown Rosemary?

This is a question I'd like the answer to as well, I mean I can see one killing Rosemary and turning John into Ranma Saotome for shits and giggles, but I'd like to know why he stopped.

I think he stopped because Rodney reminded him(or threatened him with) that he could get in real trouble with the ancients...i think, check the end of chapter two lol

Why did the Ancient drown Rosemary?
frankly, anything I said now would take away from the mystique. Also, I'm not sure I could explain without a 50,000+word story to back me up. I may get to that one day :)
