By far this is my favorite chapter. Really it is. I cant really say why but its like everything is falling into place nicely.

Thanks so much. This chapter has all that lovely character development, a solid look at the main character in our little tale, and that's what I find so fascinating about writing in any genre.

And the story is fully set now, for our Rory to encounter all she will be up against. We know what her weak spot is, and it's going to be an interesting ride.

Is this the My Favorite Authors Update day? I didn't get the memo until the fics started flooding in. In light of my excitement, however, I have decided to shut my mouth and not complain. Instead, I offer insane amounts of love. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 I am totally loving this fic, even if I've only seen about 5 Gilmore Girls episodes.

You don't really need to know (much) Gilmore Girls for this fic - Rory is going in a very different direction than in the show (because in part due to the infantilization of her character in the last few seasons). All you need to know about this story's Rory is in this chapter.

Gilmores are fun to write. They're so screwed up and so much depends on money, etc.

Rodney soon! And snapping sooner. Rory does share certain characteristics with a certain McKay.
