Hrmm, re: Anita and aging - maybe? I don't remember. There was also the possibility that she'd already done the 4th Mark thing with Damian, and was already immortal (thus making it make even more sense for her to go ahead and take the plunge with JC, 'cause Damian's like, a metaphysical dishrag, and she's dragging the whole two-tiered triumvirate thingie down by not completing that final step on the first tier where she's servant and yet having somebody dependent on her on on that level on the second tier, where she's master. It's like . . being a subcontractor and hiring more subcontractors working below you. If you're going to pay them, then you need money coming in from above, or else you either stiff them or go bankrupt (which, hrmm, actually sounds sorta like what's happening with her and the increasingly needy ardeur and Damian's repeated almost-dying). Or . . at least this makes sense to me.)
And you can read when you have time, there's no particular rush, except me being twitchy and obsessive. But, IM sounds cool. I'm mostly on YIM or gmail, though I can be on AIM too sometimes. I'm SLV80 there.
