A while back, I was asked how to edit a certain picture that I posted up on my personal LJ. After a long time...I finally finished it. XP BUT FIRST~! Before we start, you need to download this PSD file first~! Just a warning, I used Photoshop CS3 for this tutorial, so I'm not sure if it would work for the older versions.
