Here we go
It is monday and I still not reported how my game went on saturday. Anyone getting prophetic feelings?
Yeah, as you already guessed: I lost again against the Eldar...
The new Tyranids give a few nifty new options, but I still need to balance these options. Anyway, how did it went?
I had the first turn and my opponent had5 (!) hovering tanks. 2 Of them Illum Zars and the others transporting Serpents. I had luck and could in the first turn shoot the Serpent down that had Aspect Warriors loaded that were Firedragons. But I made it only get down and not explode, thus the firedragons survived all.
That were nice start, but it ended horrible... My Lictors couldn't get the tanks down as they appeared and my Trygon could make only one (unsuccessful) ranged attack as it appeared, before the firedragons melted my poor Trygon down and killed my Lictors too...
At that point... The odds changed... against me...
Too many fast tanks...
So next time, I will count on more fast creatures and get mote anti-tank options asap.
