Goal Setting

I have two goals for this week:

1. no fast food. By this I primarily mean drive-thru, since Subway is at least semi-healthier than my preferred avenues of Carl's Jr., Jack in the Box ($.99 tacos!) and Taco Bell. I've been meaning to do this for several weeks now, but with my parents out of town, I didn't cook much. They're back and there's nothing like a good dose of guilt to keep me from bringing home food after work.

2. retrain my body clock. I have 8 am classes 45 minutes away that start in two weeks. I have to get my body re-conditioned to mornings after a summer of evening work. I'm slowly working on staying up to midnight and getting up at 6. It's only been a couple days, and I should be good by the time the fall semester begins (for me) on the 16th.

While I'm working on other things, too, those are the only defined goals for this week, because that way I don't overwhelm myself and get pissed off/disappointed when I fail.
