Background on this one is sort of pending on me having an idea that isn't stupid =I They'll have to float awkwardly in midair until then.
I blame this entirely on oudeteron's enabling and ikipud for providing inspiration.

In my opinion, no situation involving both Ocelot and Kaz would be this peaceful, but I drew it anyway XD
