it's that time of year again
E.T.A.: have a drabble drop post.
This is a scratty post because I am sleepy - expect a proper one from fireholly in a few days.
Now imagine there is an Alert midi embedded in this post, only not, because I don't want us all to hate each other.
WHERE: MGS Chatzy.
WHAT HAPPENS: Everyone writes a fic of 500 words or more in just three hours. It's like a mini-NaNo that goes away if you hide under a tank until all the guards leave you alone.
MAIN EVENT: Wednesday 26th October. Details and theme TBA.
BONUS WARM-UP DAY: Tomorrow. Yes, that is Tuesday 18th. Apologies for the short notice. I'm thinking lots of 20-minute drabble prompts and maaaaybe some longer sessions if people are up for it, so people can basically drop in to write (and read) fics whenever they feel like it. I'll be there as of 5PM GMT / NOON EST / 9AM PST and gullapip will be your host later in the day. I'll put up a nagging post/drabble dropbox when we get started tomorrow. Bring prompts! Any prompts!
