And it's done
Well, it's all said and done. Maria and I are married. The wedding was beautiful. The reception was a blast, and it was shared with so many people from both our families, and even a number of close friends.
We're coming back home from a honeymoon trip to Traverse City tomorrow. It was beautiful up here. So much natural scenery. The trees and lakes and landscapes. I'm glad Maria suggested that we come up here.
Anyway, almost time to return to "normal life." We're both heading back to work on Thursday. Now that the wedding is over, our focus is going to be more on finishing up the deal for purchasing the house we're interested in. It's gradually coming together, but of course it's complicated. But I'm sure it'll get done in due time.
