Being an office worker pretty much means that I do not see much of day light in winter time. It is difficult to shot before or after work, but there are still some opportunities, I guess I need to learn how to see them. Shooting in dark time is completely different experience, having less opportunities makes your work harder, but in return it makes you a better photographer.
