Erin Go Braugh? More like PC go nutz!
Yesterday was St. Patrick's Day, and here at PC we know how to celebrate! Oh lord, do we ever! (I guess that's what happens when you have a homogenous population of 3600 preppy Irish kids!) On top of celebrating the feast day of a beloved saint by getting completely SMASHED, the class of 08 had to deal with the dreaded HOUSING SELECTION (almost as stressful as class registration!) I'm not reliving the entire thing because it was a stressful ordeal, but there was a happy ending: Meg and I are going to be on 2nd floor Aquinas next yr in a double- w/ a private bathroom (well we share the bathroom with 2 other girls). All of our friends are near us, too!
St. Pat's nite was INSANE. Everyone went to dinner in the caf completely sloshed, we r talking drunker than Courtney Love at an awards show! There were cops and priests all over the caf, and video cameras were set up to record any food fights, lol. (This school doesn't KNOW what a good food fight is, though. They never lived through the notorious CHS Class of 2004 food fight )
So how did I celebrate ST. Paddy's Day? Well, I wore my $5 Dublin shirt from Target, I watched the OC, I wrote a Civ paper, and I went to Slavin and bought myself an ice cold- Minute Maid Fruit Punch! Who says I don't know how to party? LOL.
