Invasion of Pain. Danzo’s organization (led by Sai) rebels against him when the village is destroyed, Tsunade falls into coma. Danzo is executed for his crimes against the village. Kakashi is named Sixth Hokage. After Hinata’s declaration of love, Naruto realizes that he might be bisexual, not gay. He talks with Kiba, and reveals that he may have feelings for Hinata. Kiba is stunned, then laughs, since Hinata was the girl he’d told Naruto he loved years ago. They approach Hinata together, and the three of them begin a relationship.
Kage summit. Kakashi is a well known and respected ninja, backed by the Mizukage and Kazekage the Shinobi Nation alliance is formed. Raikage and Tsuchikage refuse to sign, but agree to a temporary alliance until the Akatsuki threat is resolved. Madara appears and reveals his Moon’s Eye Plan. The Kage refuse to hand over the remaining Jinchuriki and try to attack him. He simply vanishes, saying they will all be sorry. When Kakashi returns to his room for the night, he finds Sasuke waiting for him. Sasuke explains that he has been passing on intelligence about Akatsuki that Orochimaru had collected to the village via several of Jiraiya’s spies. He says he has a plan to defeat the Akatsuki, but he needs Naruto. Kakashi discusses the plan with Naruto, who agrees reluctantly. Naruto is captured, and the remaining members of Akatsuki gather to seal the nine tails. Needing more power to seal nine tails, they make Taka full members of Akatsuki. Sasuke reveals the location of the cave that houses The Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. An army of ninja, lead by the five Kage march on the cave, but are delayed by several powerful ninja and samurai working for Akatsuki. Sasuke is forced to go into his backup plan to rescue Naruto.
How (Original)
With the Akatsuki beaten, the Rock Village and the Cloud village withdraw from the Shinobi Nation Alliance. The Hokage, Mizukage, and Kazekage approach smaller shinobi villages, urging them to join. Yugakure, Yukigakure, Takigakure, Hoshigakure, Getsugakure, and Amegakure all join. Kusagakure and Otogakure decline the invitation for the present. Sasuke returns to the Leaf Village, where he remains under house arrest. Naruto, Kiba, and Hinata continue to see each other.
Eight years of relative peace pass. Tsunade awakens from the coma three years after the Akatsuki are defeated, the coma was a healing one, she revives as strong as she was before the pain invasion, with a mountain of chakra stored behind the seal on her forehead. She becomes an elder advisor to the village after the deaths of Koharu and Homura. Hinata decides that the life of an active ninja does not suit her, and resigns. She joins Konoha hospital, and eventually becomes a surgical expert. Much to her surprise, her father approves of her choice, and encourages her to continue. Hana Inuzuka remains lead tracker ninja, but also becomes head doctor at the animal clinic. Eventually, Kiba’s abilities surpass Hana, and he becomes lead track ninja.
In the eighth year, the Cloud Village, under the guidance of their new (Fifth) Raikage, launches an assault on the Leaf Village. Many prominent Shinobi of both villages are slain in the crazed assault. Among them, Shizune, Hiashi Hyuga, Tsume Inuzuka, Ibiki Morino, Kakashi Hatake, as well as the Fifth Raikage. During the battle, Sakura is saved by Kiba and Akamaru, and forms a deeper bond of friendship with them. Although he is blind, Sasuke helped to save and defend many of the villagers, and his house arrest is suspended, but he cannot leave the village. In the aftermath, it is decided that Tsunade will retake the role of active Hokage. Neji is named chief of interrogations and torture. Hinata declines becoming head of the Hyuga clan, and passes the title to her sister Hanabi. Hinata becomes Chief Surgeon at Konoha Hospital. Sakura takes over Shizune’s role of advisor/personal assistant to Tsunade. Kiba Inuzuka becomes the Inuzuka Alpha, and Naruto and Hinata move into the Inuzuka compound. A few months after the cloud invasion, the three of them are married. Omoi is named as the Sixth Raikage, and he signs onto the Shinobi Nation Alliance.
Another year passes before the new chapter begins. During which, Hinata becomes pregnant with twins, their father is Kiba, since Naruto has always worn a condom with Hinata. This is to ensure that the Inuzuka line has heirs.
