Could do Terra's monologue from when the party faces Kefka at the end of Final Fantasy 6. Or Shiro's speech from the opening of Wings of Honneamise. Kai gives Kaneda a long monologue when they're in the prison cell together in Akira. It doesn't matter about the gender of the original character, you just need some words to which to bring your own skills, right?

I'm sure I found anime monologues on my desperate search for normal ones (somehow O_o) Anyway, I'll have a look for them again.
