Best.Weekend.Ever.

Oct 17, 2004 17:41

So I guess I should be doing work right now but I am in no condition to do so. This was by far the most amazing weekend I’ve ever had. I never wanted it to end but of course, like all things, it did. I try not to get all mushy in these livejournal entries (although sometimes I do) but this time I know I will most likely get mushy so if you don’t wanna hear it then I suggest you close this page. I’ve warned you…

First I wanna start off my saying that Sean is without a doubt the best boyfriend ever. And I know all of you out there are saying, no, my guy’s the best, not yours. And I respect that, but I know that Sean is the best! (I warned you before…you should have closed this page.)

So Friday had to be the slowest day ever. I woke up at nine to take a shower and get ready for class at 10:40. I haven’t been to my actual 12:00 class in a while. After class, Sara, Seamus, and I went to USDAN to eat some food. I got a really good wrap, which helped to calm me down since I knew what I was in for later. I went to my mailbox and finally got my brush back that my mom sent a week and two days before that. For all of you who send me something here in school (I love mail, hint, hint, wink, wink!!) it won’t get here until about a week after you send it. Just so you all know…

Anyways, after these tedious chores I went back to my room to work on my pre-lab and get prepared for the most intimidating thing I would have to do that week. At around 1:45 I left my dorm room and made my over to Edison-Lecks, the building housing the office of Professor Barry Snider, my organic chemistry teacher. I spent some time there and when it was all over I was free for the weekend to enjoy it with my love.

After I left his office I looked at my phone and who should send me a text message but the Seanster. He made the 1:30 flight instead of his planned 2:30 one, which meant I would be seeing him an hour earlier than I planned. Yyyeeeyyy!! I went back to my room and began to get ready for Sean. Soon I got a call from Sean telling me he was in H lot, the parking lot right by my dorm room. I threw my sneakers on, grabbed my keys and cell phone, and ran out of Renfield towards H lot. I rounded the corner by Shapiro and saw a familiar blonde-haired boy smiling and waiting for me. I walked over to him, of course pretending to be calm and not feeling the need to run into his arms. I gave him a big hug and kiss and knew that from that moment until he left I wouldn’t feel any of the stress or sadness I had been feeling this past week.

We walked back to my room and introduced him to my roommate. Then, it was time to give him the grand tour of the school. And since the school is so tiny, it’s not so much the grand tour as it is just the tour. I took him to all the buildings where my classes and take place and brought him into the rooms so he could be intimidated by all the lecture halls. I also brought him into the castle, which is always fun. Then it was back to my room to wash up for dinner and stuff. When I came back from the bathroom he was lying on my pillow and told me that he felt something pointy under there. I thought that maybe it was my pajamas that I had left under the pillow or like a pen or something from when I was doing my work before. I lifted up the pillows and under there was the new Green Day album!! So corny how he did it but I was gullible enough to believe it and I was so excited. I love the spontaneity. I didn’t even ask for the CD or mention it or anything but he was thinking of me at the mall that week and decided to get it for me. Just one of the many reasons why I love him. (Btw, the CD is really good and I highly recommend it!)

Off to dinner in Sherman where he deemed the food to be edible. Then back to my room to just sit around and talk, and hang out, and watch a movie. We ended up watching X2, which we have both seen about a gazillion times and ended up reciting the lines. He asked me a few questions about X-Men, which he thought I wouldn’t be able to answer but I think I impressed the all-knowing one. That’s right, Gambit’s real name is Remy LeBeau!!

Finally, really late at night we ended up going to bed. It was a great first day. We woke up a lot cause the room was sooooo hot but it was okay and we eventually got a good, solid like six hours of sleep. When we woke up we layed in bed until like one. It felt so good to be with him again. Finally we got up and went to brunch. Then we showered and all and finally began to do some work. Yes, that’s right, we did homework! Later, we went to Java City so that he could try a caramel javalanche, which btw, is amazing. We shared one of those on the way to the commuter rail station. We bought our train tickets and went to Fleet so I could get more money. Then we waited around in Cappy’s and got some mozzarella sticks. Finally, the train came and we were on our way into Boston. We took the Red Line from there and then after a little confusion the Green Line to Government Center. From there we went into Quincy Market. We walked around a little and then finally went into the Cheers Café to eat. We got to sit outside (it wasn’t that cold) and in view of the big screen TV to watch the BoSox-Yankees game. In the first inning Jeter hit one and as we scored a run Sean screams out yea baby!! We’re in the middle of Boston and he’s rooting for the Yankees! He turned so red and ducked under the table. A few people turned our way but didn’t do much else, thank the lord. We got out of there as fast as possible and then walked through Quincy a little more. He made me choose out a chachka and bought it for me…hehe, I love you so much…

Later we took a shuttle bus to North Station and waited around until 11:30 for the Commuter Rail to come. I fell asleep on the way back to Brandeis and eventually around 12 we were back in my room. We stayed up talking until who knows when and then went to bed. We only got a few hours of sleep until we woke up and went to eat some breakfast. After that it was back to my room to shower and get dressed and pack up his stuff. I ripped some of his music, which of course I am going to listen to all the time. Then at around 2:55 I brought him down to H lot to say goodbye. The Airporter came at its scheduled time and I said my finally goodbye. A few tears were shed and then I went back to my room and here I am. It took me like 2 hours to write this entry since I was talking to a bunch of people but I am finally done.

All in all, this weekend was by far one of the best weekends of my life. I spent every minute of it with Sean. I missed him so much and I’m missing him so much right now. This weekend went too fast. I feel like he just showed up five minutes ago and gave me my new CD. Then, when I realize he’s gone, it feels like he left so long ago when it was only about two and half hours ago. I’m so sad right now. I want him to come back and spend another weekend with me. Sean, I love you so much and I can’t wait until the next time I see you. There’s just no one like you. You’re unbelieveable. You’re incredible. But most of all, you’re everything I want and need, you are my only one. I wish I could speed up time until the next time I see you. But I know exactly what you would say to that. I just need a little patience. So, as I learned from you, I will just Let It Be…
