That Malibu party: an update
Glenna was quite right, in the B&W photo of DMcC with two children, the children are Dominic Dunne's (according to the caption I discovered was attached to the version I have).
So I had another look and found this very fleeting shot on the film which shows the two young McCallum children, Val and Jason, with Merle Oberon, and Jill looking on, behind someone else. There is also another boy behind them - Paul?
