I'm sure most of us have seen this still. My guess has always been that it was a publicity photo for Violent Playground, though he didn't dress in a jacket in the movie.
With these last three, I assumed they came from the same photo shoot. The first image below is the original, the second version is my attempt to tone down the harshness of the colors. I have reason to believe the top one with the black border is a photo from a slide/negative, since the colors are so saturated.
