Napoleon -- his gun (he sleeps with it under his pillow and automatically grabs it when he gets an adrenaline surge), his little (big) black book, his ring (which he got from Illya for Christmas last year).

Illya -- his gun (see above), his few remaining pictures from home (okay, there's a few photos of him and Napoleon in the box too), and the stray cat who hangs out at his apartment (he's never going to admit it's his.

Of course, it goes without saying that if the other one was there, they'd save each other first and foremost.
