It would be a great question in many fandoms, but I suspect most MFU fans have outlived their dating years. It’s a nice thought, though. A date with Illya… sighs dreamily.

I mean, there's no point in rules other than that. You might really like the guy, be neutral, or not be able to stand another minute in his company. No point in applying a "rule" other than play it by ear and try to be a courteous date.
