A Napoleon sort of day - in recognition of his birthday.
Even if you’re not a big fan of Napoleon, he is half the team and a big reason of why Illya is the way he is (usually contrary in just about everything).
In which particular episode(s), do you think Napoleon especially shines? When is he at his Solo best and weaving the spell that entraps us all from time to time?
For me, while it’s fun to see him in messes like “Suburbia” or in serious crap “Gurnius”, for me, it’s first season. That’s when Napoleon was at his finest. Watching him ‘operate’ in “Fiddlesticks” or “Mad Mad” is truly captivating. Watching him scheme in “Strigas” or “Scuba”, it’s a treat to watch. You could almost believe that he was all that the series claimed he was and much more. And sexy, he doesn’t get much sexier than in the first season…unlike his partner, who sort of ‘bloomed’ in S2.
So, let’s give it up for the brunet, cousins!
