I walk/run on my treadmill, row, and do yoga.

I play the piano, but I wish I played it well. *g*

I like that she's always there for me, that she'd do anything for me. And that she's my sister. :-)

The only exercise I do properly regularly is walking. But it's not really "exercise" it's just sort of "life that happens"

You do a lot of it, though, and you look very trim. That has to count for something.

It isn't an active exercise choice though, it's probably just cause the environment is set up for pre-modern society so as a byproduct the population avoids some of the health pitfalls associated with rampant consumerism. I rather fear this is just how much activity a human is supposed to do just through living, and I'm fairly sure the NHS would say I was borderline overweight.

Well, I think you are just perfect! How's your tooth, BTW?

1) get up out of bed
2) rise from a chair without keeling over.
3) maintain mobility and verticality throughout the day.

I wish I could play the piano if just a little. Also, a better singing voice.

I guess my colleague is my best friend [outside my husband] these days. He's dependable.

Dependability in a friend is a very good thing.

Jumping to conclusions is a favorite. Holding down chairs with my glutes does wonders. And the ever popular telephone receiver lift and replace for the arms :D

That I could paint other than abstract.

She understood me, we could talk about anything and everything for hours, we liked the same music and men and books and foods.

You speak in the past tense. Is your friend no longer with you?

I'm so sorry to hear that. I've lost a best friend, too, and I still miss her so much.

Right now it all to do with my knee and leg. I walk that is my exercise normally
Singing, I have always loved it, but after hurting my voicebox can''t

She is there when I need her and I can talk to her about anything.

I know what you mean about singing. I am envious of folks who can do it so effortlessly. That's not me, alas.
