Busy weekend

My allergies are getting worse. I bought some Alavert at Ralphs, but so far, it's not helping (I took the 1st pill 30 mins. ago). Every now and then, I get attacks where I sneeze up to 4 consecutive times. It is the worst attack in the world.

My school's production of The Breakfast Club is going up on Tuesday (thru Friday), and I'm worried about the show, just as Mr. Boles (our director/drama teacher) is. Most of the main cast was Type-casted (meaning they had no experience, but they appeared to fit the roles), with the exceptions of myself and Tema, who plays the teacher, edited to a female part. Ontop of that, I have 2 Volleyball games on days of the show, and I'm not sure if I can make the one on Friday.

I'm just starting The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn for American Lit., and I am sort of interested. I've heard so much talk of Mark Twain this school year, and now I'm anxious to see if he lives up to his reputation.

Other than that, I've been extremely frustrated in both the emotional and sexual moods. The fact I had to sit and watch my v-ball team lose our game on Friday pissed me off. I was the only experienced Vet who didn't start the game, and in my place was a Korean student who was brand new to the game, and cost us several points, and ultimately led to the downfall of our team. We were right on the doorstep of winning Game 2 and mounting a comeback, after I had come in and shook up my team with a lot of screaming and encouragement. I had barely played for 4 minutes, until Coach replaced me with the same student who started in my place. We ended up losing the second game, and lost the next one because the team was so frustrated. For those of you who don't know the sport of Volleyball, when you're playing, your voice is just as important as your hands, and our team did not use it effectively against a team we could have easily beaten (they were mostly Basketball and Football conversions). Sorry for the long entry, but I need to get my anger out.

I spent 94% of last year on the bench, and now Coach is starting rookies instead of me. I hope you all can imagine how I feel.
