The Internet Formalities is designed benefit of use in interconnected systems of
packet-switched computer communication networks. Such a structure has been called a "catenet". The internet rules provides as a remedy for transmitting blocks of data called datagrams from sources to destinations, where sources and destinations are hosts identified at near fixed dimension addresses. The internet protocol does not fix up with provision a reliable communication facility. There are no acknowledgments either end-to-end or hop-by-hop. There is no gaffe rule for observations, only a header
checksum. There are no retransmissions. There is no flow control.
