LJ app.
So it seems the LiveJournal app on iPad is actually an iPhone app just sized up by two.
And it has no landscape mode.
And it isn't tagged 'LiveJournal'; I'd looked for it in the App Store, but didn't actually find it until I went to the site and it passed me the app very specifically.
I dunno. I could kind of get to like this. There's no reason I can't use the site, but using a mobile and dated interface keeps things simple. It also reminds me why I like LJ's API and how it hasn't significantly changed over the years (thank you, thank you, thank you). I don't feel paranoid that it's going to just break under me on a whim.
(Watch this app lose support in a week, now that I said it.)
I was going to add a photo of my cat here for good measure but none of the thumbnails show up. So I guess that isn't a thing.
