Apparently today is my 8th LJ anniversary. And about my 9th fandom overall anniversary. Technically I started reading Haven (X-Files forum) when I was about 17 and still in high school, but it wasn't until January of my freshman year of college that I ever read a fic. I consider that the true start of my fandom life.lol
