Oh, this was just… so, so perfect. Honestly, I didn't even really notice the presence of my DNWs while I was reading, up until the big one at the end, because the story and how you wrote it weaved everything together so well - the language was perfect, the scenes were amazing, I could practically hear the different characters saying their dialogue… and I just loved all of this. Castiel's pain, and anger, and the few moments of relief he has, and his progression to becoming more human, and Dean's pain, and the torturing, and how he hasn't lost his humanity, but is certain that he has - I got so choked up when he was comforting Stephanie with the kiss on the forehead like he gave Jo. And this is just a personal taste thing, but askdfjh, I love Chuck and you utilized him so well here.

and I think this comment is really messy and incoherent, but just… thank you so much for writing this. It was gorgeous, every word of it. ♥

The pain Cas and Dean was feeling came through. Their love for one another was always there but they just didn't know how to show it as they were both just so broken and hurt. I am just happy at the end, they came together and they went out together...hoping for peace for one another..**whimper..tears..**
