i'm getting a haircut today...in about 3 hours. i have desperately been wanting one cause my hair looks like shit...but i am always apprehensive about going to a new person. the place i'm going has good reviews though. it's so expensive here too. i could get a good haircut at a nice place in OK for around $30, here it is $50+. F'ing SuperCuts is $30. goddamn high cost of living.
i think we're going to the beach tomorrow. Bean Hollow beach. haha. i love that name. it's supposed to have tide pools so we can see starfish and anemones and such. should be a good time.
it's been gross hot here. in the 90's and shit. it's not supposed to get that hot here. most houses don't have air conditioning, including ours, and it gets really gross. it also has not rained since I got back in mid-May. i really want fall to get here. pumpkins!
we had an earthquake last night. it was short but definitely shook the building.
perhaps i will take some pictures after my haircut. assuming it's good.
