Random Stuff
I know that Lillyspider has posted most of this stuff already but I thought I would put some of it out there.
So much has been done around the house lately, not sure where to begin.
Planted Rose bushes out front of the house. Last time I did that, someone killed the rose bush I got her.....
Roof is finally done after 3 months of arguing with Allstate..... Changed the color from off-white to a dark green
(which now means we have to paint the shutter to match the roof, then we noticed that the front door needed scraped/repainted, and…. Well you get the idea)
Fenced in the back yard. Wasn’t that hard, the last neighbor fenced in his yard so all we had to do was the sides from their fences to the house…. Yea, cheap way, wait for your neighbors to get theirs done first…. Just a few farm style fence post for now with the wire on it, waiting on getting the back patio extended (and the hot tub) before putting in the permanent fence.
Got a free shed from the other neighbor, he wanted to put in an above ground pool and didn’t want to destroy the shed. So we put ropes around it and pulled it with his truck to my yard.
Planted 2 more trees in the back yard. We came up with the “plan” for what we want done and have started to work on it. Trees will provide some good shade in the summer to both the hot tub and house
Put up the projector in the basement so we have a BIG screen setup now. Max size is only ~7’ across. No screen, using the drywall painted white for now. Don’t think we will get a screen, it looks so good as it is. Guess we will have to have movie night sometime and invite friends over......
