Born to Die (You Saved Me); Minako/Rei
SAILOR MOON is another of those "baby's first animes" that aired on Cartoon Network way back in the day. It inspired the kind of cult following worldwide that probably should have concerned someone, but it was the diverse cast of characters, the light hearted feel, and the ultimate good vs. evil theme that really created such a huge fandom for it. To this day, Sailor Moon is still well loved and respected by its fans, who are legion.
Rei is the hot headed senshi of war, and Minako is the flirty, fun loving senshi of love. Their personalities differ between incarnations, but ultimately they are both dedicated to their princess/cause, willing to sacrifice anything for their duty, and ultimately the most passionate people you might ever meet. Togther... well, they could build or destroy anything. Good thing they're good guys. This mix focuses on their relationship in the modern day, with hints of what's to come in the future.
