So I decided that this year I was going to attempt to cook real, full MEALS every once in awhile instead of just cooking "dinner" 5 nights a week. This plan went into effect this weekend, after noticing how much meat we had in the freezer and thinking of my many different options.
So, Saturday night we had steak, roasted potatoes, and cheddar broccoli rice:
and tonight we had Chicken Parmigiana - made entirely from scratch (except the sauce of course) and with pasta and wine:
I'm very proud of my cooking abilities, especially snce everything was edible AND tasted pretty good!... soon I may be making Rachel Ray cry! hehe.
I also made beef stew a couple of weeks ago, next time I make it I will take a picture of it. :)
