Here's the final list of everything I used for my Chell cosplay. ^_^

I didn't use the following links, but they might be useful if you want to make your own jumpsuit. I did buy the jumpsuit pattern and it seems pretty good. ^_^

Grey Shorts - I used a pair I got years ago at Target, I think. Not really visible so they don't matter too much.
Orange Jumpsuit - Spirit Halloween's Dept of Corrections Prison Men's Costume - I got the Teen Size, I'm 5'7" and it fits just fine.
Feet
For the Long Fall Boots, I used the Jinx Long Fall Socks with a pair of modified sandals. Clear shoes and/or high heels could also work instead of sandals.
For the sandals, my Dad used white and black electrical tape to cover the sandal straps and match the design on the socks.

Croc Sandals - CROCS Cleo III - Color Black/Black
White Electrical Tape - 5 Pack Assorted Electrical Tape - There's other white electrical tapes out there, this is just the one I used.
Black Electrical Tape - My Dad had some already, not sure what kind, but it doesn't seem to be too hard to find. Also, my Dad cut down the size to match the stripe on the sock, it was a little too wide.
Accessories
Hair Circle/Ponytail Holder - We had some black ones already, so I'm not sure where they're from.
Arm Bandage - Johnson and Johnson Hospital Grade Rolled Gauze - I think this is the size I got.
Other
Black Lanyard - Advantus Deluxe Safety Lanyard - This is NOT the lanyard I got, but it looks similar enough to give the right idea. I got a 2 pack and the middle bit of plastic was black. It was a lot cheaper and I bought it in-store at a local Walmart.
Aperture Lanyard - Valve Store - This just came out, so I'm going to swap out the black one for it soon.
ID Holder - Advantus Proximity Clear ID Badge Holders - This is almost what I bought in-store, the one I got was more like a 10-pack or so and was cheaper.
Chell ID - I made this one - It's sized to the ID badge holder that I bought, but I've got a bigger one here. I printed it up on cardstock and Mom got the idea to put another piece behind it for support and that keeps it pretty safe.
Fancy ID - Identity Props Has Some Aperture Badges - I haven't bought one, but they look pretty cool and I might pick up one sometime.
