Yes, yes he is...

The Jacket is about a guy who, upon coming back from war, is accused of committing a crime (which he can't remember, coz he got shot in the head during the war, causing amnesia) and gets put into a mental institute, where they put him in a jacket and a morgue drawer every night.

But when he's in there he starts seeing things... oooh weee oooh...
