Mom broke her foot just standing. Dad thinks it might have something to do with one of her meds. Maybe a similar problem here?

I spent today in a hospital waiting room while a friend of ours had surgery, so I get the hospital thing. But at least for me, it was someone else having the need to be there.

Ugh. Yes. Ice. (Once I go through the bother of getting the brace on, I don't want to remove it!)

I'll be good and RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation).
