Bhargavi's Brahmin Boot Camp!
Day One:
Set the alarm for 8am. Cuddled with Tino in bed for a few minutes before getting up and ironing his work clothes. Logged onto the ISKCON LA site and watched/listened to the morning program. Made a new ringtone for my phone. Byebye Sick of It All... Hello Govindam! Ran some errands, decided to stop listening to karmi music for a while. Grabbed my japa bag from Dayal-Nitai's, as well as a new Bhagavad-Gita and Higher Taste cookbook. Came home, made the new Ratha-yatra flier and worked on some harinama details for this weekend. Now it's time to start dinner and wash/hang my saris outside. Have yet to chant my rounds or read. Not a strong start, I know.
