sometimes it just drives me up the wall
so i found a christian community and they all seem to be wonderful people and i really like them
but they're alll sooo freakin closed minded
they think the goal of life is to make everyone a christian
i think the goal of life is to be a christian: which entails: NOT SUPPORTING WAR, NOT BEING JUDGEMENTAL, being accepting of everyone and everything
which for madison means not supporting bush-realizing he's a horrible man
realizing that my jewish friends are some of the coolest people in the world and even though they don't believe in jesus they live some awesome unselfish lives in which they are devoted to god and don't try to force their beliefs on others-i would say so for other religions but as you all know i've grown up w a lot of jewish friends and so thats the only example i know. but i think this whole thing of everyone being a christian is bullcrap i don't think thats exactly what god wants-yes maybe in a way he wants it, i think he wants everyone to live the ideals of christianity which for the 100th time is not to make everyone a christian i just think the way into heaven is thru jesus and if that means that when everyone dies god comes with jesus to speak to each of us individually so that all my awesome friends can get into heaven well then God will do that. i think too many christians don't give god enough credit. so what u want, to convert everyone to a christian so that the world will end? well maybe we should first clean up this world. be ncie to everyone, clean up our land, lose currency, all become vegetarians and maybe even vegans, do something w each second of life and stop squandering and hoarding so much. don't you want god to be proud of us when he comes back. don't you want everyone to be able to go to heaven. well then be patient stop rushing so much and clean up this world before you go to the next. no more pollution or drugs or war or greed. why can't we just work together instead of against each other.
lastly whats more important sitting down w some rich freshman girl and reading her the bible and converting her or helping the homeless down the street and showing them what it means to be a christian and converting them and the freshman girl who you asked to come with you??? WELL MAYBE MORONS BC ITS BOTH!!!!!! STOP FORGETING THAT OUR FELLOW MEN NEED TO EAT AND LIVE NOT ONLY WORSHIP AND THAT OUR FELLOW EARTH ALSO NEEDS TO LIVE, SO CLEAN IT UP
