Reasons why Mewenn should not have the Internet
Because instead of doing her homework she wastes time going on:
1. Fictionpress and other publishing sites (there are stories I haven't read there yet)
2. Livejournal (see above)
3. Youtube and other video streaming sites (Merlin and the nostalgia critic should come with a warning 'beware, might cause addiction and the loss of sleep')
4. Wikis (wikiwalks have the power to make hours disappear!!!)
5. Forums (RPing is apparently not productive in the real world, also provides temptations of giving in to numbers 1 and 2)
Reasons why Mewenn feels entitled to the internet (most of them only seem relevant to grown-ups strangely enough, I think the above mentioned reasons should count as good reasons):
1. Online translators (I have paper-dictionaries for all the languages I need but it's so much faster to just go online)
2. College provided tools (because essays shall be uploaded on moodle and not printed and given to the teacher, I don't think it's to save trees though)
3. Public transports timetable (because… well actually I could just wait at the station but it's COLD!)
4. solutions for computer problems (because my so-called computer-specialist of a brother is a traitor who bats for windows and my dad always welcome you with a curt 'you're an adult so look it up')
5. Because boredom would drive her nuts if she didn't have it (what? it's a very important reason!)
