i live my life
extraordinary
allowing all of
the breath
that moves through me
be the same breath
given by kings
passed
and taken by children
unborn.

it is breath
not mine
but borrowed
from god
and i will give
it back,
exhailed heavily,
with my mouth

to all i have loved.
