(no subject)
found an apartment yesterday!!
It's in K-town. For those of you not in the know, that's Korea Town. It's an artist's building.. like.. young peeps from the industry live there. really neat.
here are the specs:
$774 /month includes:
all utilities, cable dish tv.
single apartment: full kitchen with nook for table, full bathroom with giant tub, walk in closet with built in vanity/mirror, big studio-like room with another closet to hang my clothes. and WINDOWS! Windows across the room. where the sun rises.

then, on craigslist.. i found the perfect couch/bed. It works just like a futon, but it's a couch and there are no hard parts. It's a little worn, and stained. but it's free. and everything tastes better when it's free.
brought it to the apt in oakwoods. 2 roommates freaked out. yes. i should have warned them. I admit that. but they started going nuts and said I should have asked. and I said, it wasn't an asking matter. I'm moving out here, and I have to get ready to move in a month. tough noogies. you knew this when you met me.
and one even bitched that its huge and takes up so much room. let me tell you, the way that it is standing against the wall, it takes up about 3ft of space, that no one ever uses ... unless we have a dinner party, which these weirdos would never have the social elitism to throw.
anywho, i can't wait. i'm definitely definitely definitely strapped for cash... so all pending plans coming up, may have to be canceled.. because to put the money down for this place, i may not have any. we will see. ... emerson owes me $925 but hasn't coughed it up yet, ING Direct has $500 of my money that i can't touched b/c I changed bank accounts and need the checks I ordered to switched the accounts over... and my landlord owes me my security of $662.50.
all this money is M.I.A.
I've resorted to asking my brothers secretly for money. One completely complied. That's why I love Alex. The other hemmed and hawed but i mean.. what else does he really have to spend it on really? I need it. ... not that he owes me anything.. it would just be a nice family gesture that would be repaid three fold one day.
